The four production roles

Organization-Owned Script Library
Scripts created for the team belong to the organization workspace rather than personal employee accounts, preventing asset loss when staff change.
Team Collections vs Private Drafts
New scripts begin as private drafts visible only to the creator. When ready for review or production, move them into Team Collections shared with specific roles.
Named-User and Role-Group Sharing
Share scripts with individual team members or entire role groups (All Producers, All Editors, All Talent) so new hires get access automatically.
Tokenized Expiring Guest Links
Share read-only scripts with visiting clients, guest speakers, or external executives via secure links that expire automatically without requiring account registration.
Free View-and-Prompt Talent Seats
Add rotating anchors, on-camera presenters, and guest speakers as Talent users without paying for extra software seats. They view and prompt but cannot alter text.
Multi-Operator Concurrent Sessions
Run multiple teleprompter sessions simultaneously across different studios or stages. Each operator manages their own display feeds and controllers independently.
